SMR (Sensorimotor Rhythm) (12-15 Hz) - Also known as Lobeta, this brain wave is responsible for attention, energy, and action. Think of this as "Practice/Training" energy; for instance, practicing a sport, studying, or playing music would utilize this brain wave.
