What is qEEG brain mapping?

QEEG (quantitative electroencephalogram) brain mapping is a type of EEG (electroencephalogram) that uses computer analysis to measure electrical activity in the brain. It's done by connecting electrodes to your scalp or forehead and measuring the rhythms of your brainwaves. The data collected from this process is then analyzed by a computer program to create an image or "map" of your brain.
