How long does a typical session last, and how often do you need to attend for results to be seen?

Neurofeedback sessions last for 50-minutes per session. Most people train twice a week and complete 30-60 sessions. However, the number of sessions attended before noticeable changes are experienced depends on the individual brain and the complexity of the presenting problem(s). Improvements often occur in the first several weeks, with consistency and commitment to the process. After the completion of 30-60 sessions, it is recommended to attend ongoing maintenance sessions every 6-8 weeks to maintain the new neuropathways that have been formed. Think of it like strength or flexibility training for your body. One needs to stay consistent and diligent to see long-lasting results. For more information, book a free consultation.
